Please take time to read Fawn’s Terms and Conditions before ordering. By ordering and purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Custom Made Orders

We will only accept custom orders by case to case basis.

For custom names ordered through the site, ensure that name is accurate at checkout, there will be no refunds after production is done.

Design and Approval
For all custom made orders, we will need at least 5 working days for 1st draft, thereafter 3 working days for production.

Design change requests
Should you require any changes upon receiving our design proof (design preview), please do allow us additional time as we may need additional 1-3 working days to do the revision. A maximum of 3 revisions will be accepted, thereafter charges may apply.

Colour matching
Colours on screen and print may vary slightly. Do note that colours displayed on various media forms will definitely differ.

Refunds, Returns and Exchange
All Fawn Products are Made to Order as such we regret to inform you that no refunds can be made.
Exceptions
Should your goods be damaged during delivery, a full refund or exchange will be applicable.
Should a wrong product be delivered by our mistake, an exchange will be applicable. All returns costing will be beared by Fawn. Your postage cost will be credited to you via i-banking or Paynow.

Data protection & privacy
Your privacy is important to us, as such we will not disclose any of your particulars to third parties (except for delivery services).
All artwork created by Fawn Products will be reserved under our rights to publish or use.
No credit card information will be stored on our system as all payments are made via paypal or i-banking. Your account number will not be shared with any third party.

Copyright
All designs by Fawn Products are under the rights of Deer and Den Design.
Copying, amendments and distribution in any way will not be tolerated.
Should you wish to feature our works, please contact us for permission.

Deer and Den Design Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions
